I placed an order a month in advance for Mother's Day to ensure they had adequate time to prep and accomodate all of their orders. When Mother's Day came around, nearly the entire day went by with no delivery. I called multiple times because I wanted to make sure they still planned to deliver, but nobody ever answered the phone. By the end of the day, Google said their store had closed already and there was still no delivery. I panicked and called another florist at about 4pm to see if they could do a last minute delivery, and the other florist was able to accomodate. At 5pm, the flowers from Rainbow Florist finally arrived. At that point, I had already ordered from another shop because I had no way of communicating with Rainbow Florist at all and they never gave me a delivery window to ease my concerns. The flowers from the other florist arrived just 1 hour later and had a much nicer presentation. Basically, another florist was able to accomplish a last minute Mothers Day delivery that Rainbow Florist couldn't do with a full month's notice. I used this florist for the first time, and wasn't sure if they were the right place for me. I had these beautiful flowers sent to my Aunt. She just came home to recover from surgery. The "Be the light" bouquet brought her a big smile! I couldn't have been more pleased. I will use them again! Happy Easter.

My mom received a beautiful arrangement made by Rainbow Florist. They delivered it the same day the order was placed and delivered it with great care. Would definitely use them myself in a future occasion!

Called after best friend had minor surgery. I told Jimmy I needed "pick me up " flowers for my BFF. Oh and she has allergies. He recommended roses. Now who doesn't like roses? While I was thinking about Spring colors Jimmy read my vasilating mind and suggested a variety of colors. He told me what he had in stock. We settled on a price which included delivery fee to Parkchester. He failed to guarantee a smile. He should have. Tears too. From 2500 miles she felt love and our priceless 44 year friendship. Thank you Jimmy and your awesome Rainbow staff. BettyW, southern Utah
